DESIGN YOUR DREAM HOME
I have been working in the Interior Design industry for over 10 years. I can offer a wide range of design services, whether you're looking to renovate, sell, or just spruce up your home with some new decor. There is no project big or too small.
Where Do I Start?
If you are looking to get some design work done, the first step is booking a Design Consultation. All consultations are completed through my design firm, K Interiors. Should you choose to have me create a design package for you after your consultation, you are free to take the package to any company you wish for a quote upon completion.
However, since I am Incorporated with Dennison homes, I can also take the design package to them for a quote on any renovation or labour work. I am also Incorporated with Bruce County Custom Cabinets. Therefor I can develop a quote for any custom cabinetry work within the design package for you.
How you choose to do this is completely up to you. I am happy to send you with the design package, or, be with you from start to finish of your project!

Below are the Consultation Packages I offer.
STANDARD CONSULTATION
$150/HOUR
We chat for the one hour consultation period. I will listen to your questions, home goals etc. I will offer you suggestions and/or answer any and all questions you have within the hour. After the hour consultation, you do not require further assistance. During this option, my suggestions given would be in relation to style and/or scale of items, not specific items.
EXTENDED
CONSULTATION
We use the one hour consultation for me to learn more about your scope of work. For example, we chat about what you need me to source with regards to decor pieces or art etc. Then, I go away and budget the "design package" (number of hours needed to source the things you want or design, things needed/draw furniture layouts etc.) If you opt to go ahead with the package then there is no charge for the consult. If you do not want to go ahead with it I do charge for the hour of time taken to quote the package.
